SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Today a judge is schedule to review the progress polygamist John Daniel Kingston has made in court-ordered therapy.
Kingston's compliance could mean an end to the protracted child custody case involving the children he has with Heidi Mattingly.
Third District Juvenile Judge Elizabeth Lindsley had hoped a June hearing would be the last in the case. But she ordered another review after Kingston had failed to follow through on court orders.
The couple have spent more than two years under court supervision after findings of abuse and neglect.
Mattingly regained custody of nine of the couple's eleven children last August.
Kingston has only been allowed limited visitation with the children since March.
Last October, Kingston and Mattingly relinquished their parental rights to the two teenage girls who prompted the case.
