(KSL News) -- Plans to put a business and technology park at Hill Air Force Base are a step closer to reality.
The Air Force gave its approval to put the park on 550-acres of under-utilized land on the west side of the base.
Hill will lease the land to a private company which will oversee construction of buildings.
The company will then manage and lease the facilitities to mostly defense-related businesses.
