It's winding down, but it's not too late to say Happy Halloween. Besides being a warm one, it's been a safe one so far.

In the 9th and 9th area of Salt Lake, businesses handed out candy and toys to kids. Parents said they were happy with the safe environment and just as pleased with the weather.

"I remember the cold winters and the wind and having kids dressed up in jackets and you can't see their costumes. So, I like that they're out wearing T-shirts and jerseys," Alex Sombrero said.

Emergency dispatchers have reported no real problems tonight.

But it's not over yet. Since the holiday falls on a Friday, people are expected to be out all weekend celebrating. So, be careful out there!
