OGDEN — A 22-year-old man was stabbed in the chest on Thursday afternoon and transported to a hospital in critical condition, police said.

The man, who was stabbed about 3 p.m. at 157 29th Street, was stable and fully recovered as of Thursday night, Ogden police said.

Police initially thought the stabbing was accidental; however, the man later said he had an altercation with a family member.

No arrests had been made related to the incident as of Thursday night.
