(KSL News) A driver in Salt Lake had a whit- knuckle moment when a TRAX train slammed into her car.
She stopped at the intersection of 700 South and 200 West, but was too far ahead of the TRAX safety lines.
The operator of the train didn't see the SUV and crashed into the front driver's side.
The driver wasn't injured, but the collision did total her car, knocking a front wheel off the axle.
Officers cited her for failing to stop at the line.
