WACO, Texas (AP) — No. 1 Baylor has set a school record with its 18th win in a row. MaCio Teague scored 19 points with five 3-pointers, and Baylor extended its winning streak with a 68-52 victory over TCU. Teague made consecutive 3-pointers in a 36-second span to cap a 14-0 run in the first half that put the Bears ahead to stay. TCU guard Desmond Bane, who entered as the Big 12's second-leading scorer at 16.5 points per game, scored all 14 of his points after halftime.

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — Devon Dotson scored 21 points, Marcus Garrett added 15 points and No. 3 Kansas topped Texas Tech 78-75 on Saturday afternoon in Allen Fieldhouse.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Derek Culver scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead No. 12 West Virginia to a 66-57 victory over Kansas State on Saturday. The win moved West Virginia's Bob Huggins past Kentucky's Adolph Rupp into seventh place all time in Division I with 877 career victories. The Mountaineers bounced back from a loss at Texas Tech on Wednesday. They improved to 11-0 at home and ended a three-game losing streak to Kansas State. Xavier Sneed scored 11 points to lead Kansas State. The Wildcats have lost five straight road games.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Courtney Ramey's 3-pointer with 1:06 to play gave Texas the lead and Matt Coleman III's two late free throws closed out a 72-68 win over Iowa State. Texas fought back from an eight-point deficit in the second half. Ramey led the charge, scoring eight of Texas' 10 points in the run to take the lead. A 3-pointer by Ramey and a dunk by Jericho Sims got Texas within 65-63 before Ramey made his 3-pointer from the left win for the lead. Tyrese Haliburton and Rasir Bolton each scored 14 points for Iowa State.

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Brady Manek scored 30 points to help Oklahoma beat Oklahoma State 82-69. Manek finished a point short of his career high and matched a career best with seven 3-pointers. Austin Reaves scored 21 points and Alondes Williams added 12 for the Sooners. Cameron McGriff and Thomas Dziagwa each scored 15 points for Oklahoma State. Oklahoma hit a lull late in the first half before Manek scored in close on a layup and followed with a 3-pointer to get the Sooners rolling again. Oklahoma led 43-30 at halftime behind Manek's 22 points.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Second-ranked Baylor used a big third quarter to extend its domination over Big 12 rival Texas with a 64-44 win. The Lady Bears led by five at halftime, then outscored Texas 23-5 in the third quarter. Queen Egbo and Didi Richards each scored eight points in the quarter for Baylor. Egbo finished with a game-high 17 points. The Lady Bears have won 21 of the last 22 meetings with Texas and ran their Big 12 regular-season win streak to 49 games. Lashann Higgs led Texas with 10 points.

UNDATED (AP) — After a break last weekend for the SEC-Big 12, the league dives into the second half of its schedule over the course of the next week with the league title still up for grabs. Texas Tech gained some serious confidence with a tough win over No. 12 West Virginia earlier in the week. Now, coach Chris Beard's crew will try to carry it forward when the Red Raiders visit Allen Fieldhouse on Saturday. The third-ranked Jayhawks have won five straight since losing to top-ranked Baylor at the Phog.
