\CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar. delivery was off 11.2 cents at $5.70 a bushel; Mar. corn lost 1.8 cents at $3.892 a bushel; Mar. oats fell 10.8 cents at $3.0560 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans declined 2.4 cents at 9.0320 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Feb. live cattle was off 1.22 cents at $1.2490 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle dropped 1.8 cents at $1.4265 a pound; Feb. lean hogs rose 4.03 cents at .6735 a pound.
