THE PITCH — I am not personally a big soccer fan, but it has to do more with my lack of athleticism and attention span than anything to do with the actual sport.
Truthfully, soccer players are some of the most athletic and conditioned athletes on the planet, but I've just never been that into watching the sport. That may all change now.
This video shows a deer using his athleticism to dribble the ball, and then eventually take a shot on goal. The crafty buck manages to blow past the defense so fast they aren't even in the shot.

I guess I forgot to mention that I am assuming there is an all-deer soccer game going on right now as a part of the new Bucking the Trend Soccer League, or the BTSL. Regardless, the league is really on the rise and has me excited about watching soccer. This guy is the star of the league and his shot on the goal is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
While I'm impressed with his speed, agility and power, I'm not sure how I feel about the celebration dance following the goal. I understand (How do you not get excited about a goal) but let's show some comportment. This is something I had hoped the BTSL did not adopt from MLS, but I guess I was wrong. Showboating is alive and well.
I'll cut the young buck some slack, considering he's new and this is one of the first goals ever scored in a BTSL game. So, congrats young gun. You've earned that prance. Now get back out there and score another.
