TAYLORSVILLE — One person died Monday in a crash on I-215 at 4900 South in Taylorsville, authorities said.
The crash took place about 12:05 p.m. on I-215 northbound, according to a tweet from Utah Highway Patrol.
A Honda Accord drove off the right shoulder and grazed a freeway barrier, UHP said. The car then went across all four traffic lanes and hit a barrier in the median, according to UHP.
The driver, who was the only occupant of the car, was not wearing a seatbelt and died in the crash, UHP said. The driver was not identified as of Monday.
