PROVO — The Provo Water Department is investigating a water break on 1600 South State St.
Just after 6:30 p.m. The Provo Police Department tweeted that both north and south traffic will be closed until the water is cleared out of the road.

According to Provo Police, an 8-10 inch pipe burst in three locations along the road. Northbound traffic will remain closed throughout the night as crews repair the damage.
