OREM, Utah (AP) — A man is dead after an industrial incident at an Orem greenhouse.
The Daily Herald reports Efren Perez-Sanchez of Lindon was using an air tank to spray down the greenhouse Thursday morning when it exploded.
Orem police officers and investigators with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are looking into what happened to decide if negligence was a factor.
The 13-acre Cook's Farm and Greenhouse expected to be closed for two days.
