STANFORD, Calif. (AP) — Closer Jack Little recorded the final nine outs to save Stanford's 8-6 victory over Fresno State at the Stanford Regional and extend the Cardinal's season for at least another day. Duke Kinamon drove in two runs and Tim Tawa had three hits for Stanford (44-12), which forced an extra game Monday night.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Chase Strumpf had a three-run homer, Nick Nastrini struck out seven in his first start since late February and UCLA forced a deciding game in the NCAA Baseball Tournament's Los Angeles Regional with a 6-1 victory over Loyola Marymount. The two teams will meet again Monday night for the right to advance to next weekend's Super Regional.

UNDATED (AP) — Florida State dominated all three games in its NCAA regional and extended coach Mike Martin's final season at least one more week. The Seminoles became the first team to advance to the super regionals by beating No. 4 national seed Georgia 10-1. The Bulldogs and No. 3 Georgia Tech are the highest national seeds eliminated so far.

UNDATED (AP) — Northern Arizona head coach Jack Murphy is leaving the Lumberjacks to become the associate head coach at Arizona, his alma mater. Murphy spent the past seven seasons as Northern Arizona's coach, but was entering the final year of his contract.

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Gabe Montenegro's two-run single to right with two outs completed a stunning comeback and lifted Southern Mississippi to a 13-12 victory over Arizona State at the Baton Rouge regional. Montenegro had five hits to help the Golden Eagles overcome an eight-run deficit during the last five innings. The Sun Devils took a 12-6 lead into the bottom of the eighth before Southern Miss stormed back. The Golden Eagles advanced to play regional host LSU.

STANFORD, Calif. (AP) — Brandon Wulff hit a two-run homer in the top of the first, setting the tone for Stanford's 12-3 victory over Sacramento State in an elimination game at the Stanford Regional. Will Matthiessen, Kyle Stowers and Nick Bellafronto also homered for the top-seeded Cardinal (43-12).

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Ryan Kreidler drove in three runs and hit one of UCLA's four home runs as the Bruins eliminated Baylor 11-6 on Sunday in an elimination game at the Los Angeles Regional. Kreidler's two-run homer in the sixth gave UCLA a three-run lead, which it was able to expand.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Rachel Garcia hit a 3-run walk-off homer in the 10th inning and threw a shutout as UCLA defeated Washington 3-0 in 10 innings to reach the championship series. Garcia, the two-time reigning USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year, threw 179 pitches and had 16 strikeouts.
