UNDATED (AP) — Defending national champion Oregon State was among the first teams eliminated from the NCAA Tournament, marking the first time the Beavers have gone 0-2 in regionals in 14 appearances since 1985. The Beavers' 4-1 loss to Big East champion Creighton knocked them out in the regional round for the first time since 2015. Baylor's Shea Langeliers hit three homers and drove in a tournament-record 11 runs in a 24-6 win over Omaha. Loyola Marymount upset No. 1 national seed UCLA.

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) — Mississippi freshman lefty Doug Nikhazy struck out nine pitching into the ninth inning of a 6-1 win over Clemson in the NCAA Tournament. The Rebels advanced to the regional final on their home field. Ole Miss led for good after Cole Zabowski and Cooper Johnson opened the second inning with back-to-back home runs off Mat Clark. Nikhazy walked the leadoff batter in the ninth before closer Parker Caracci got the last three outs.

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) — CJ Van Eyk struck out nine in eight innings, Mike Salvatore had three hits including a homer, and Florida State beat Georgia 12-3 to advance to the NCAA Tournament regional final. The No. 1 seed Bulldogs will face No. 2 seed Florida Atlantic in an elimination game on Sunday and Florida State will face the winner.

ATLANTA (AP) — Steven Williams hit a three-run, walk-off homer with two outs in the bottom of the ninth, giving Auburn a 6-5 victory over Georgia Tech in the Atlanta regional. The Tigers scored four unearned runs in the inning off Yellow Jackets ace Connor Thomas.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Ashton McGee drove in four runs, and North Carolina hit five home runs in a 16-1 rout of Liberty to advance to the championship round of its NCAA Tournament regional. McGee hit a two-run shot in the sixth inning and Michael Busch, Aaron Sabato, Dylan Harris and Brandon Martorano also homered for the top-seeded Tar Heels. They will play the Liberty-Tennessee winner needing only one victory to advance to a best-of-three super regional series.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Jeremy Gaines' two-run double capped a three-run sixth inning, Matt Walker threw a six-hitter and Illinois State upset top-seeded Louisville 4-2 in a winner's bracket game of the NCAA Tournament. Hitless for three innings against the nation's No. 7 seed, the No. 3 Redbirds scored once in the fourth before rallying with three in the sixth. Aeilts' fielder's choice scored a run before Gaines doubled down the left field line. Walker retired the final nine Louisville batters for the victory.

STARKVILLE, Miss. (AP) — Alex Toral knocked in four runs, Adrian Del Castillo hit two doubles and Miami beat Southern 12-2 in an elimination game in the NCAA Tournament. Miami jumped on top early with four runs in the first inning and put the game out of reach with eight runs in the fifth. Evan McKendry earned the win by pitching four scoreless innings.

GREENVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Campbell held on to beat North Carolina State 5-4 on Saturday in the completion of a NCAA Tournament opener suspended overnight due to severe weather. The third-seeded Camels needed only about 15 minutes to finish off the upset of the second-seeded Wolfpack and advance in the four-team regional hosted by East Carolina.
