BOISE, Idaho (AP) — An Idaho man sentenced to probation in a traffic crash that killed a pedestrian has been arrested on a suspected probation violation.
KTVB-television reports 43-year-old Adam Poulson of Eagle was arrested Friday. He's accused of attempting to tamper with an ankle bracket that monitors blood alcohol content and of drinking alcohol.
Poulson In November was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the Nov. 18, 2017, death of 24-year-old Madeline Duskey.
Prosecutors said Poulson was driving with a blood alcohol level that was more than twice the legal limit.
The state requested a prison sentence of 15 years. Poulson instead was sentenced in January to 15 years of probation and 500 hours of community service.
The sentence required that Poulson not possess or drink alcohol.
