NEW YORK (AP) — Women's basketball teams across the country found many different ways to honor cancer survivors this week as part of the Play4Kay initiative. Texas A&M and Iowa had their players wear names on their jerseys of people who had touched their lives and battled cancer.

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (AP) — Jordan Chatman finished with 17 points and Nik Popovic had 15 to carry the Boston College offense with star Ky Bowman under the weather in a 64-57 win over Miami. Chatman became the 44th player in school history to score 1,000 points.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Emese Hof scored 25 points to help No. 20 Miami beat No. 2 Louisville 79-73. Laura Cornelius added 16 points and six assists as the Hurricanes earned their fourth consecutive victory.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Miranda Drummond scored 17 points with six rebounds, Tiana Mangakahia had 15 points, six rebounds and nine assists and No. 16 Syracuse defeated Wake Forest 77-57. Digna Strautmane and Maeva Djaldi-Tabdi added 10 points each for the Orange (19-6, 8-4 ACC), who beat the Demon Deacons (10-15, 1-11) for the fourth time in a row.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Kiah Gillespie had 18 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals and No. 21 Florida State rolled to a 78-46 win over Pittsburgh, spoiling the homecoming of Panthers coach Lance White. Nicki Ekhomu added 15 points, Valencia Myers 13 and Nausia Woolfolk 11 for the Seminoles (21-5, 9-4 Atlantic Coast Conference), who snapped a two-game losing streak.

UNDATED (AP) — Top-ranked Tennessee's loss to No. 5 Kentucky opens the door for a new No. 1 in the AP Top 25. No. 2 Duke could move up to the top spot after a big rally to beat No. 16 Louisville and knocking off North Carolina State last week. Gonzaga, meanwhile, keeps rolling even with another injury to Killian Tillie.
