SALT LAKE CITY — Utah fans claimed both the top fan base and the No. 1 spot in the weekly leaderboard after the Utes' convincing 41-28 home win over USC.
Utah fans finished Week 8 with a 23.7 point average, the highest for any fan base since Week 1. Utah State ended with 21.7 points, while BYU had 20.6.
The lone upset of the week was Washington State over Oregon, which had only 28 percent correct.
Utah fans Rudy Cordova and Scott Jones finished first and third this week, while BYU fan Scott Mark took second. The three winners will receive one of the $100, $75, or $50 VISA gift cards courtesy of the Karl Malone Auto Group.
