MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Dodgers and Brewers meet in an all-or-nothing matchup tonight in Milwaukee to decide the NL Championship Series. Los Angeles will start 24-year-old rookie Walker Buehler (BYOO'-lur), while the Brewers go with Jhoulys Chacin (joh-LEES' cha-SEEN'). The winner will go on to the World Series against Boston.

BOSTON (AP) — Red Sox manager Alex Cora is working on his World Series pitching rotation while waiting to find out who Boston's opponent will be. He says Chris Sale will start Tuesday's opener, now that he's gotten past a stomach ailment that landed him in the hospital. Cora is still deliberating over the rest of the rotation, but tells WEEI radio that David Price will probably start Game 2.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Joe Musgrove has undergone surgery to repair his abdominal wall and address a stress reaction his pelvic bone. The team says the 25-year-old right-hander should be able to resume full offseason activity in about six weeks and be close to a regular schedule for spring training.

ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) — Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch will miss at least a month because of a groin injury. That's according to a person familiar with the injury, who says an MRI this week determined the severity of the injury. Lynch was hurt last week in Oakland's 27-3 loss to Seattle in London. Lynch has been one of the few bright spots this season for the 1-5 Raiders. He ranks 12th in the league with 376 yards rushing, averaging 4.2 yards per carry with three touchdowns.

UNDATED (AP) — A star defensive tackle who appeared in eight NFL title games in the 1950s and '60s has died. Dick Modzelewski was 87. His 14-year NFL playing career included eight years with the New York Giants, where he teamed with Andy Robustelli, Rosey Grier and Jim Katcavage on one of the great defensive lines. He coached in the NFL for 22 years, including the 1978 season as the Giants' defensive coordinator.
