NORTH SALT LAKE — A FrontRunner train hit a minivan Thursday morning, emergency dispatchers confirmed.

The train hit the vehicle on tracks crossing Center Street in North Salt Lake. The driver of the minivan sustained minor injuries, and none of the train passengers were injured, according to a tweet from South Davis Metro Fire.

The collision caused significant delays, and there was a bus bridge between Woods Cross and North Temple. All trains resumed their regular schedules shortly after 11:00 a.m.

The cause of the collision was not immediately released.
