LINDON — An American Fork man died from injuries suffered in a forklift accident at a concrete supply manufacturing company Monday morning.

Emergency crews responded to a report of an accident at Right Manufacturing Systems, 120 S. 1800 West, about 10 a.m., according to Lindon Police Chief Josh Adams.

Adams said Riley McGill, 21, "became trapped and received fatal injuries" while operating a forklift. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Details about what caused the forklift accident weren't immediately released, but Adams said foul play wasn't suspected. Lindon police and the Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the accident.
