ST. LOUIS (AP) — The Latest on the Gateway Arch in St. Louis (all times local):

The revitalized Gateway Arch National Park has been dedicated, the culmination of a $380 million public-private partnership that some see as a template for the future of the national park system.
U.S. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and U.S. Sens. Claire McCaskill and Roy Blunt were among those who spoke Tuesday at a ceremony alongside the 630-foot-tall (192-meter) monument to westward expansion on the St. Louis riverfront.
A five-year project transformed the Arch museum. The grounds around the Arch were upgraded and a grassy park was built over nearby Interstate 44 to allow people to move more easily between the area around the Arch and the rest of downtown St. Louis.
About two-thirds of the project was funded by private donations. A local sales tax and state and federal grants paid the rest.

The centerpiece of a five-year project to transform the area around the Gateway Arch is set to officially open when the Arch museum is introduced following a $176 million renovation.
U.S. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke will be among the speakers at a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday alongside the 630-foot-tall monument to westward expansion on the St. Louis riverfront.
City leaders in 2013 launched a $380 million project that called for a complete renovation of the Arch grounds, construction of green space over Interstate 44 to more easily move people from the Arch to the rest of downtown, and renovation of the museum that sits beneath the monument.
Roughly two-thirds of the cost was paid by private donors. A local sales tax and state and federal grants paid the rest.
