SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Utah authorities are investigating reports of drinking water contaminated by E. coli linked to prairie dogs at Bryce Canyon National Park but say tests so far show it's clean. SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Utah family has video from a baby cam of an intruder who entered their home, exposed himself and masturbated in a bedroom where a mother and infant child were sleeping. Travis Lyman said nothing was stolen and nobody was hurt. The invasion happened around 3:40 a.m. Monday morning.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — An official says Oakland is deciding whether to appeal a ruling by a federal judge to strike down a city ban against coal shipments through its ports. Mayor Libby Schaaf issued a statement Tuesday saying she would continue the "fight for the health of our community." Spokesman Justin Berton said the city is reviewing its options, including an appeal. U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria sided with a developer who wants to use a proposed marine terminal to transport coal from Utah to Asia.
