SALT LAKE CITY — The first full month of spring starts on Sunday, which means there will be more events happening around Utah as people emerge from the depths of winter.
Celebrate the new season with one of these concerts happening across Utah. You’ll have the chance to hear music from Peter Frampton, Duke Ellington, Mozart and more across the next few months.
Westminster College Spring Music Festival
Salt Lake City
March 31-May 2
Westminster College music ensembles will put on several shows throughout April and early May, including opera, jazz, orchestra and a capella performances.
Peter Frampton Live
Salt Lake City
April 5
The legendary guitarist makes a stop in Salt Lake City on his acoustic tour. He’ll perform some of his classic hits at the Capitol Theater.
Utah Symphony Spring Season
Salt Lake City
April 6-May 26
The state’s premier orchestra presents several concerts throughout the spring, including a Russian composer showcase featuring music by Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev. Another concert in April will feature the music of Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash.
Toby Keith Live at Vivint Smart Home Arena

April 6
The country star will perform in Utah as part of his “Should Have Been A Cowboy” tour. Also performing with Keith is Wyoming country artist Ned LeDoux.

Park City
April 7
The pop-rock band known for shooting elaborate music videos visits the Eccles Center in Park City next month. They’ll also be performing on a Snowbird Ski Resort tram car as part of Frontside Sessions.
Justin Timberlake Live at Vivint Smart Home Arena

The pop superstar will perform in Utah as part of his Man of the Woods tour. The concert will feature special guests The Shadowboxers.

Headbangers rejoice — the veteran rockers will stop in Utah during their “Firepower” tour.
Ballet West presents The Shakespeare Suite

SLC’s top ballet company will stage this ballet, which features a series of Shakespeare scenes set to music by jazz pianist Duke Ellington.
Salt Lake Symphony Concert

The Salt Lake Symphony will perform music from Schubert and Tchaikovsky at the University of Utah Libby Gardner Concert Hall. A lecture will precede the concert.
Twilight Concert Series 2018

One of the most successful rock bands of all time will perform in Utah with their signature southern California sound. The Eagles have had six No. 1 albums throughout the band’s illustrious career.
Ballet West presents the National Choreographic Festival

Four ballet companies from across the country will join Ballet West as the company celebrates the work of female choreographers and artists.
Salt Lake Symphony presents Mozart’s Coda

The Salt Lake Symphony will perform Mozart’s works “Ave verum corpus” and “Requiem” at the Libby Gardner Concert Hall at the University of Utah. The Utah Voices choral group also will be featured.
Musicians Fight Hunger

Several bands will perform at this all-ages show. The cost of admission is 5 pounds of non-perishable food that will benefit the Utah Bank.
David Byrne: American Utopia Tour

The former Talking Heads frontman will perform at the Capitol Theater as part of his current tour, which follows the release of his latest album, “American Utopia.”
Red Butte Garden Outdoor Concert Series

Red Butte Garden’s annual concert series starts on May 23 with California bluegrass act The Devil Makes Three. There are seven other concert dates in June, August and September.
Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theater

Cache County’s opera company is staging five shows from June to August, including “The Barber of Seville,” “The Secret Garden” and “Into The Woods.”
Ogden Music Festival

Put on by the group Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music, the Ogden Music Festival features a lineup full of Americana, bluegrass, country and other acoustic music. Two North Carolina bands — Steep Canyon Rangers and Mandolin Orange — headline the fest along with New York act Lake Street Dive.
Summerfest Arts Faire

Held every year on Father’s Day weekend, the Summerfest Arts Faire offers food, art and music at the Logan Tabernacle.
Utah Blues Festival

The fourth annual Utah Blues Festival takes place at the Gallivan Center and features headliner Shemekia Copeland. Local blues acts from Utah will be featured, as well as larger national acts.
Utah Arts Festival

The Utah Arts Festival draws close to 80,000 people each June to downtown Salt Lake City, according to the event’s website. The festival includes various arts vendors as well as music and dance performances.
Bonanza Campout

One of the state’s biggest music festivals takes place on the banks of the Provo River just south of Jordanelle State Park. This year’s lineup features headliners Halsey, Wiz Khalifa and Zhu, along with many other supporting acts.
Frontier Folklife Festival
Cedar City
June 22-23
Music performances will take place as art vendors offer shoppers traditional frontier crafts and artifacts.
Deer Valley Music Festival
June 30-August 11
Deer Valley Ski Resort will host 12 concerts during its annual 8-week concert series. Last year’s concerts drew more than 40,000 spectators, according to the event’s website. This year’s performers include Kristin Chenoweth, Rick Springfield and Ricky Skaggs.
