COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) — A northern Idaho teacher has been charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
Thirty-five-year-old Jeremy R. Campbell of Coeur d'Alene was charged Friday in 1st District Court.
Authorities arrested Campbell on Thursday following an investigation by local police and the state's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Police say Campbell had more than 60 videos and photos of child pornography on his personal computer.
Campbell teaches in the Plummer-Worley School District. School officials say they can't comment on a criminal investigation.
Campbell was being held in the Kootenai County Jail on $350,000 bond on Saturday. He was denied a public defender on Friday. It's not clear from online records if he has attorney.
