NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday:

XL Group Ltd., up $12.62 to $55.92

The insurance and reinsurance company agreed to be bought by French company AXA.

Qualcomm Inc., down 73 cents to $64.01

Broadcom's bid to buy the company got more complicated as national security regulators started looking into the deal.

Blue Apron Holdings Inc., down 14 cents to $2.60

Walmart is expanding its meal kit offerings, a challenge to Blue Apron.

TreeHouse Foods Inc., up $1.56 to $41.06

The company named J.M. Smucker executive Steven Oakland as its next CEO, replacing Sam Reed, who will retire in July.

Dermira Inc., down $16.57 to $8.59

The company said an experimental acne treatment failed in two late-stage clinical studies.

Bunge Ltd., up $2.82 to $77.99

The Wall Street Journal reported that shareholder Continental Grain will press the commodity-trading company to consider a sale.

Canadian National Railway Co., down 49 cents to $74.80

The company announced that Luc Jobin is stepping down immediately as CEO.

Vericel Corp., up $3.50 to $11.85

The cell therapy company reported quarterly results that were better than analysts were expecting.
