BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Chris Sengfelder scored 24 on 8-of-10 shooting, including 3 of 5 from 3-point range, and Lexus Williams added career-high tying 22 points to help Boise State beat Wyoming 95-87 on Saturday in the regular-season finale for both teams.

Justinian Jessup had 15 points, Chandler Hutchison scored 11 and Zach Haney eight with nine rebounds for the Broncos (23-7, 13-5 Mountain West). Hutchison, a senior, moved into a tie with Mikey Thompson (2012-16) for most career wins at Boise State with 87.

Williams hit a jumper to give the Broncos the lead for good and spark a 19-2 run that made it 21-5 with 12 minutes left in the first half. Wyoming (19-12, 10-8) scored 10 of the next 12 points to trim its deficit to nine when Alexander Aka Gorski hit a 3 about three minutes later, but the Cowboys would get no closer until the final seconds.

Justin James had 24 points and Hayden Dalton scored 22, including four 3-pointers, for Wyoming.

Boise State will be the No. 2 seed, and have a first-round bye, in the MWC Tournament.
