LOS ANGELES (AP) — Kyle Allman finished with 23 points and Cal State Fullerton scored a season-best 53 in the first half and rolled to a 102-76 victory over Cal State Northridge on Wednesday night.
Cal State Fullerton (17-10, 10-5 Big West Conference) shot 62.5 percent (20 of 32) and built a 23-point halftime advantage. Allman had 18 first-half points and surpassed 1,000 in his career. The Titans had four in double-figure scoring, shot 57 percent overall and outrebounded Cal State Northridge 47-23. Arkim Robertson led with eight boards and chipped in 12 points.
Cal State Fullerton moved a game back of conference leader UC Irvine (11-4), and concludes its regular season on Saturday against Hawaii.
Lyrik Shreiner scored 20 points and Terrell Gomez added 16 for Cal State Northridge (6-24, 3-13). The Matadors finish their regular season on a five-game losing streak.
