LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (AP) — Dimencio Vaughn scored 19 points with seven rebounds and three steals, Stevie Jordan scored 17 with six assists and Rider rolled past Siena 97-71 Thursday night to remain atop the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference standings and extend its win streak to nine games.

Frederick Scott added 14 points for the Broncs (20-7, 13-2) while Tyere Marshall and Jordan Allen added 12 each, Marshall with 11 rebounds for his sixth double-double this season.

Siena scored first, but Rider answered with a Vaughn 3-pointer and a Marshall layup and led the rest of the way, continuing its best start in 21 years as a member of the MAAC, and has secured the school's tenth 20-win season in 90 years of basketball.

Canisius remains a half-game back of Rider and visits Lawrenceville on Sunday. The top two teams in the MAAC are seeded into the quarterfinals of the conference tournament, which begins March 1 at Albany, New York.

Jordan Horn scored 18 points to lead the Saints (8-20, 4-11).
