CLINTON, S.C. (AP) — Reggie Dillard scored 21 points with three 3-pointers, JC Younger added 17 points with four 3s, and Presbyterian beat High Point 69-62 on Thursday night to end a three-game skid.

Romeo Crouch scored 12 points with nine rebounds and Davon Bell added 11 points with nine assists for the Blue Hose (11-17, 4-11 Big South Conference), who outscored the Panthers 28-20 in the paint and shot 11 of 21 from 3-point range (52.4 percent).

Crouch's tip-in put the Blue Hose up 44-43 and they led by 14 on Dillard's free throws with 4:41 left. The Panthers closed to 67-62 on Jahaad Proctor's 3 with 48 seconds left, but got no closer.

High Point took control early and led by as many as 11 in the first half before Dillard's 3-point play sparked a 13-2 run capped by Bell's layup to tie it at 29 at halftime.

Proctor scored 20 points for the Panthers (12-14, 7-8).
