(KSL News) Fire crews have completely contained a wildfire that scorched about 435 acres in Moab.
The Slough 2 fire started late Tuesday night.
It led to some brief evacuations of a few homes, a motel and two RV parks.
Investigators believe the fire was caused by humans but aren't sure exactly how it started. Crews found tire tracks from an ATV or four-wheel drive vehicle within a few feet of where the fire started. Vehicles in that area are illegal.
Anyone with information on this or any other aspect of the fire is asked to call the Moab Sheriff's Office at 435-259-8115.
