SAN DIEGO (AP) — Isaiah Pineiro scored 16 points and Tyler Williams scored 15 and San Diego defeated NAIA-member Life Pacific 94-51 Friday night.

Isaiah Wright had 14 points and 12 rebounds, Yauhen Massalski scored 14, San Diego (9-3) had a 49-23 rebounding edge and blocked 10 shots.

Mark Eden's early 3 brought Life Pacific to within 9-6 before the Toreros outscored the Warriors 21-7 over an 11 ½-minute span and led 30-13 with 5:22 before halftime.

Alex Floresca's layup with 14:02 left put San Diego ahead 62-32. Twelve of 14 San Diego players scored and the team shot 36 of 68 (53 percent) from the field.

The Toreros have won four of five and begin West Coast Conference play when they host San Francisco Dec. 28.

Jonathan Cortez lead the Warriors with 15 points and Mark Eden scored 12.
