LORETTO, Pa. (AP) — Andre Wolford set career highs with 27 points on nine 3-pointers to tie the school record for 3s, Keith Braxton scored 20 with 16 rebounds and a career-high eight assists, and St. Francis (PA) beat Lehigh 84-70 on Thursday night.

The Red Flash pulled away in the second half to finish its nonconference part of the season at .500 for the third time in the last 14 years.

Wolford tied John Hilvert's record for most 3-pointers in a game. Hilvert hit nine 3s twice during the 1988-89 season.

Lehigh tied it at 40 on Caleb Bennett's jumper, then led 44-42 on James Karnik's layup with 14:12 to play. Braxton tied it with a free throw, Jamaal King hit a go-ahead 3-pointer, and the Red Flash pulled ahead on a 15-2 run for a 58-49 lead. The Mountain Hawks got no closer than eight the rest of the way.

King scored 16 points for the Red Flash (6-5), which made 12 3-pointers to the Mountain Hawks' five and 14 free throws to their seven.

Pat Andree scored 18 points with eight rebounds, Kyle Leufroy scored 16 and Karnik finished with 12 and 11 boards for Lehigh (5-6), which trailed 38-32 at halftime.
