UCF beats Stetson 74-55 behind Fall's 18 points, 11 rebounds

DELAND, Fla. (AP) — Tacko Fall had 18 points and 11 rebounds, A.J. Davis added 11 points, 10 boards and Central Florida beat Stetson 74-55 on Tuesday night for its 18th straight win in the series dating to 2002.

UCF led 42-35 at halftime and opened the second half on a 13-0 run, with seven points from Fall, for a 20-point lead.

Dayon Griffin scored 13 points and Terrell Allen had a career-high nine assists for UCF (8-3). Fall, who picked up his fourth foul with 9:17 remaining, made 8 of 9 shots in just 16 minutes.

Fall had six points and seven rebounds in the opening eight minutes as UCF led 13-10. He finished the half with eight points and nine boards as UCF held a 42-35 advantage. UCF shot 62.1 percent in the first half, including 5 of 8 from distance, and outrebounded Stetson 21-11.

Divine Myles had 14 points and six rebounds for Stetson (7-7). Abayomi Iyiola added 10 points.
