ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Nico Clareth scored 20 points and Siena held off Robert Morris's flurry of 3-pointers in a 76-74 victory on Saturday.
Trailing by 12, the Colonials (4-4) hit six 3-pointers in the final 3:42 but Ahsante Shivers' 3-point play with 1:04 to go followed by the Saints making 9 of 10 free throws was enough.
RMU's Dachon Burke — who scored a career-high 26 points, including 20 in the second half — made a 3-pointer with two seconds remaining for the final score.
Shivers scored 16 points and Prince Oduro and Robert Penn added 14 each for the Saints (2-5).
Jon Williams made five 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 15 points and Malik Petteway added 11 points and 12 rebounds for his third double-double this season for the Colonials, who were 10 of 22 from the arc but had their four-game winning streak snapped.
