(KSL News) Authorities now know just how much marijuana they are dealing with in what's being called one of the biggest pot busts in Utah history.

Last night drug agents finished pulling up thousands of marijuana plants from a massive growing operation. Officials say they seized more than 25,000 plants from the mountains east of Ephraim in Sanpete County.

Deer hunters found the plants this weekend. Two suspects were arrested. However investigators say the operation was so big other people likely were involved.

Crews now will haul away the plants and bury them.
