REXBURG, Idaho (AP) — Police in eastern Idaho say a 49-year-old Rexburg man accidently shot off his middle finger. Rexburg police tell KIFI-TV (http://bit.ly/2v5aNQX) that the man didn't think the gun was loaded when he pulled the trigger on the .44-caliber handgun at about 12:20 a.m. Friday

SUN VALLEY, Idaho (AP) — U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg talked about the evolution of the women's rights movement and life as a pop culture icon during a presentation to Utah State Bar attorneys in Sun Valley, Idaho late Friday morning. She deftly sidestepped questions on some of the discrimination issues facing the courts today, instead focusing on legal strategies she used early in her career to help chip away at explicit gender-based discrimination that was then enshrined in state and federal law.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Yellowstone National Park is cracking down after an investigation found women were sexually harassed and other problems. Harassment, bullying and other misconduct have emerged at some of the nation's premier parks. The head of an employee advocacy group says a similar report in Florida shows that such problems are entrenched despite Yellowstone's plans to discipline up to 10 workers and the Interior Department's pledge of zero tolerance toward sexual harassment.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Yellowstone National Park's superintendent says he's taking action against as many as 10 employees following a sexual harassment investigation. Similar problems have surfaced at some of the U.S. park system's premier parks and among senior leadership in the Interior Department.
