This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.
Rene Johnson has had many life-defining moments where she had to make a specific choice for what direction she wanted her life to take. This process helped her develop confidence as she consistently chose to forge ahead.
Rene became a dental management consultant, and as she worked with individuals and teams she saw a recurring need for additional methods to help people overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs that were holding them back. She discovered she had a talent for encouraging people and helping them overcome these tendencies. Later she found she loved coaching so much that she knew she had found her life purpose.
Rene became a certified empowerment coach, and in 2004, she launched her own personal coaching company. By combining two key principles of empowerment, emerge and energy, Rene found the name for her new business venture: Emerggy Coaching.
Emerggy Coaching helps guide, support and empower professional women, as individuals or managers and leaders, to reach the next level on the ladder of success. Rene is doing her best to dispel the myth that confident women have all the answers or no longer need support. She offers two main programs: the Power Zone Mastery program and Missing Essentials Training.
The Power Zone Mastery program is designed to help professional women take intelligent risks to reach their goals with strategies from Rene's e-book "Leaving the Comfort Zone." Missing Essentials Training is geared to assist with personal development of leaders and managers as well as help them discover what basic essentials are missing from their company, which enables them to guide the work team more effectively.
Rene's main vision for Emerggy Coaching is to find more opportunities to support professional women in unlocking their potential. The processes and tools she uses to accomplish this make it easier for her clients to get results.
For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
