UNDATED (AP) — The traditional two-a-day football practices of yesteryear are a thing of the past. FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Bret Bielema has had a busier offseason this year than most compared to his first four at Arkansas. The 47-year-old coach celebrated the birth of his firstborn _ daughter Briella _ earlier this month. He heads into a critical fifth season in the Southeastern Conference. The Razorbacks went 7-6 last year, the first time the school did not improve its record under the former Wisconsin coach.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Former Carolina Panthers president Danny Morrison has taken a teaching job at the University of South Carolina. Morrison left the NFL club in February after nearly nine years as a team executive. He said when he resigned that he wanted to get back to a college campus job. Morrison starts at South Carolina next month.
