The senior sported a bronze double-breasted velvet jacket for Friday's interviews. Meanwhile, Miami's Mark Walton, North Carolina's M.J. Stewart and Georgia Tech's Ricky Jeune went with bow ties.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — The ACC's Coastal Division has always been unpredictable. This year would appear to be no exception. With five of seven teams replacing starting quarterbacks, the division that hasn't had a repeat champion since the 2011 season could be up for grabs yet again. Only Duke and Virginia, who both finished 1-7 in league play, return starters from last season.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina's animated Larry Fedora knows he will have to behave himself on the sidelines next season. The NCAA passed a rule that will penalize coaches 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct for crossing the white lines to argue a call. Fedora says he likes the rule and that he will do a good job of following it.
