SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A man accused of using a camera phone earlier this year to take a picture up a young girl's skirt now faces charges.
Authorities say the phone's owner, a 32-year-old Magna man, has been charged with three-degree voyeurism. The incident happened back in May at a school crossing guard party.
Court documents say a party guest saw a man trying to put a camera phone up his 12-year-old daughter's skirt in order to take a picture. Police later found that picture in the phone and arrested the man.
