(KSL News) -- A girl who disappeared in Nephi over the weekend was found in West Valley.
Police say the girl was spotted with her mother and another man.
Investigators say the girl was acting strange and hyperactive. They are trying to determine if she had been drugged. Officials took the girl to the hospital.
Authorities say the girl was with her biological mother and a 38-year-old man, who was later arrested. However, officers are still looking for the mother.
