WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration is hoping to get a federal appeals court to reinstate the government's temporary ban on immigration from seven majority Muslim countries. A federal judge in Seattle blocked its implementation on Friday. Vice President Mike Pence is calling that judge's decision "frustrating." Pence tells "Fox News Sunday" that the judge's order was wrongly decided.

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran's nuclear chief says his nation will have 60 percent more stockpiled uranium than it did prior to the landmark 2015 agreement with world powers after a shipment expected later this week. Under the nuclear accord, Iran's import of natural uranium is supervised by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Low-enriched uranium can be used for civilian applications. Highly enriched uranium can be used in nuclear weapons.

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (AP) — Authorities in Honduras say an out-of-control tanker truck crashed into a bus on a highway outside the capital, killing at least 15 people and injuring 20. A fire department spokesman says the death toll might rise because some passengers are still trapped in the wreckage. Police say the truck driver fled after Sunday's crash on a highway that links the capital with southern Honduras.

VATICAN CITY (AP) — It's a papal first. Pope Francis is delivering a video message to the fans at the Super Bowl. The pope's message includes his expression of hope that the Super Bowl will provide "a sign of peace, friendship and solidarity for the world." Francis is an avid sports fan who often speaks of how sports can bring about social change. He has previously taken to Twitter for the Olympics and soccer's World Cup. This is his first Super Bowl message.

HOUSTON (AP) — It's Super Bowl Sunday and the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons are battling to see who will win No. 51 at NRG Stadium in Houston. The Patriots are going for their fifth Super Bowl title in the Tom Brady-Bill Belichick era. The Falcons, making their second Super Bowl appearance in franchise history, are going for their first title. Former President George H.W. Bush carried out the coin toss.
