(KSL News) The Utah Capitol will reopen this morning after being closed by a flood.
Yesterday a waterline broke and flooded an underground tunnel of the newly renovated building, shutting it down for most of the day.
Hundreds of state employees were forced to stay home or find somewhere else to work. Repair crews worked on the line all day. No word on what caused the break or how much damage was caused.
