TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tulio Da Silva and Geno Thorpe scored 18 points each as USF led from start to finish and cruised past Delaware 81-53 on Thursday night.

The Bulls (6-5) jumped out to a 13-2 lead in the first four minutes of the game and led by as many as 29 before it was over. Bo Zeigler added 10 points as USF made 26 of 53 shots to finish at 49 percent — though they were shooting 59 percent before halftime.

Ryan Daly scored 17 points with three 3-pointers to lead the Blue Hens (6-6) while Chivarsky Corbett added 15 points, also with a trio of 3s.

Sophomore Jahmal McMurray, who averaged 20 points per game as South Florida's leading scorer, left the team after announcing his intent to transfer and was granted an immediate release. He had been suspended the first six games this season for an undisclosed rules violation.
