STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Police have identified four people who will face charges in the investigation of property damage caused during celebrations after Penn State's Big Ten Championship win.

Police in State College say three students and a 39-year-old man were identified through surveillance video.

Officers in riot gear on horses were used to break up what police called an "unlawful disturbance" following No. 5 Penn State's 38-31 win Saturday night over No. 8 Wisconsin. Some officers used pepper spray.

Police say some fans climbed on street signs and removed a street light. They are also investigating a report that a fan sprayed a police horse with beer.

The crowd was larger than the one that did about $30,000 in damage after October's upset of Ohio State. Thirteen people were charged in that case.
