CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. fell 5.75 to 4.0150 a bushel; Dec. corn was .25 cent higher to 3.5075 a bushel; Dec. oats was off 4.75 cents at $2.1675 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans gained 4.25 cents to $10.3425 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up .32 cent at $1.0967 a pound; January feeder cattle was up .85 cent to $1.2490 a pound; while December lean hogs gained .45 cent at $.4975 a pound.
