JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump continue to pound away at familiar themes in the final days of the presidential campaign. Clinton continues to cite Trump's temperament and comments about women and minorities as rendering him unfit for office. Trump is bashing away at Clinton's troubles over emails and her general trustworthiness.

PHOENIX (AP) — With just days to Election Day the question of alleged voter intimidation is before several federal courts. A federal judge in Las Vegas says he hasn't seen evidence that Donald Trump's campaign is training people to intimidate voters in Nevada. He's schedule a hearing this afternoon before a final decision. Similar claims have been made in lawsuits filed in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Arizona.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A plea-change hearing is scheduled today for a former New Orleans police officer charged in connection with events that followed Hurricane Katrina. Gerard Dugue (DOOH'-gay) is set to change his plea in return for felony charges being reduced to a misdemeanor in the cover-up of police shootings that killed two people at New Orleans' Danziger bridge. Five other former police officers pleaded guilty earlier this year.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A Northern California prosecutor plans an announcement today about the results from an investigation of police sexual misconduct by officers from several cities. The allegations involve the daughter of a dispatcher. The 19-year-old woman has filed legal actions saying she was sexually exploited by more than two dozen officers while she worked as a prostitute.

PARIS (AP) — Paris authorities began before dawn to bus hundreds of migrants to temporary shelters from a camp on the sidewalks in northern Paris. Aid groups say between 2,000 and 3,000 migrants have camped out in the area in recent weeks. The issue has taken on greater concern since the government shut down a vast camp in Calais (kal-AY') last week.
