Employer 101 Labor Law Basic Training, a workshop on federal guidelines, will be offered throughout the state, beginning in May. The training is sponsored by the Department of Workforce Services, Department of Labor, and the Utah Labor Commission. To register, go to jobs.utah.gov.

Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT associates Brandon Fugal and Scott McDonald were recently given the Platinum Circle of Distinction award by the company. Doug Petty and Ralph Riedel received Coldwell’s Gold Circle of Distinction Award.

The SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR for 2004 is Cuisine Unlimited Catering Service. The company will be honored at the Giant Step Awards luncheon next Tuesday, March 30th. To register for this event call the Chamber at 328-5053, or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
