ABC Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross has been vetting the vetting process of Governor Sarah Palin. He's uncovered details about her successful obtaining of earmarks for her hometown and home state. He also told Utah's Morning News more about her firing her former brother-in-law after he went through a messy divorce with her sister. Ross also said that the reason the vetting process was rushed by the McCain campaign is because McCain wanted Joe Lieberman, but changed his mind late in the process. KSL texters and chatters had a lot to say about Sarah Palin. Here are some of the comments (as they came to us):

Why arent we scrutenizing bidens past?

Why are we not getting the whole storY BEHIND THE FIRING OF HER FORMER BROTHER IN LAW . There was a young boy who was tazered.

Sarah palin is a great choice. As a male voter, i think she has class, spunk, confidence and knowledge. Her counterparts, obama and lieberman, with a congressional approval rating in the teens have very little to offer americans. Palin was chosen by mccain. Shes not going away despite what our liberal slanting media wishes. As for me, she has my vote.

Gov. Palin was the worst vp sen. Mccain could have pick.

S.P.? She's hot! Ha ha! J/K! What I like about her is that she is real. No nonsense. No crap!

Governor Jon Huntsman is in St. Paul for the GOP Convention. He spoke live with Grant and Amanda this morning and shared his views on Governor Sarah Palin. He is impressed with her, has worked with her as a governor, and believes that her selection is in keeping with John McCain's maverick personality. Click here to hear his conversation with Grant and Amanda in which he shares what he will say tonight from the convention if he's given the opportunity to speak.
