CHARLESTON, Ill. (AP) — Austin Green passed for 263 yards and had three touchdowns, Devin Church and Christopher Anderson each rushed for more than 100 yards, and Eastern Illinois continued its recent dominance of Ohio Valley foe Austin Peay with a 56-35 win on Saturday.

Trailing 21-7 Tommy Hays' 3-yard run got Austin Peay (0-3, 0-2) within a score at 21-14 midway through the second, and Kyran Moore returned the second-half kickoff 98 yards to tie it at 21.

The Panthers (3-1, 1-0) answered with a nine-play, 81-yard drive capped with a 14-yard scoring run by Anderson to take a 28-21 lead. After an Austin Peay missed field goal, Green led another another long scoring drive — 13 plays, 80 yards — to take a 14-point lead at the end of the third quarter.

Three fourth-quarter TDs by the Panthers iced the game.

Jared Beard had 11 receptions for 176 yards and two touchdowns for Austin Peay.

Eastern Illinois has won eight straight against the Governors.
