(KSL News) Provo Police arrested a man who threatened to "snipe" city employees.
James Gedo is charged with making a terrorist threat.
Police say he called a Provo receptionist and asked for personal information of public employees. When she refused, he threatened her and the city, saying he would "find out who you all are and start sniping all of you."
The woman pressed her emergency alert alarm and wrote down the man's telephone number.
Police say this isn't the first time Gedo has done something like this.
